    2-3 pound, frozen, standing rib, sirloin, rump or other tender cuts of beef
    seasoned salt and pepper to taste
    vegetable oil spray

    Recipe



    Spray all areas of the meat with the oil and coat with the seasonings. Place the roast on the cooking rack in the high position if it fits or the low position if itÕs too large. Cook on high power for about 30 minutes per pound, turning over halfway through the cooking. Check the internal temperature before serving. 130F-rare, 140F-medium rare, 150F-medium to well done.
