    List of Ingredients




    1 package (15-ounces) refrigerated piecrusts
    3/4-cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/4 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
    1-teaspoon fresh basil or tarragon, or 1/4 teaspoon dried
    20 medium-size shrimp, cooked, shelled and divined
    Lemon pepper, to taste

    Lay out the piecrusts on a sheet of waxed paper. Using a cookie cutter or small drinking glass, cut out 3" circles. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise with seasoned salt, mustard and basil. Dip each shrimp into the mayonnaise mixture, coating it generously. Lay a shrimp on one side of each dough circle. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Fold dough over and pinch the edges to seal well. Place 1/2" in a pan on the 4" rack (you may need to bake in two batches). InfraCook on HI for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden. Transfer to platter and serve hot.
