    "This is wonderful one-dish supper in a cold night. It bursts with flavor and makes you feel warm, toasty and quite content."

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream if celery soup, undiluted
    3/4-cup water
    1-tablespoon butter or margarine
    1 1/2 cups instant rice
    1-pound Kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2inch pieces
    1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed
    1 package (10 ounces) frozen corn, thawed
    1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combine celery soup, water and butter. Bring to a boil, mixing until smooth. Stir the rice into the soup mixture, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in sausage, peas and corn. Place rice mixture in an 8" square or 9" round ovenproof dish. Place dish on the liner tray and InfraCook on HI for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and InfraCook 1 to 2 minutes more, or until the cheese melts.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings
