Lamb Chops with Yogurt Sauce

List of Ingredients
2/3-cup yogurt
1/4 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves
2-tablespoon sugar
4 lamb chops, 1" thick or more
seasoned salt to tasteRecipe
In the blender or food processor blend yogurt, mint and sugar until smooth. Pour into a small serving bowl. Place the lamb chops directly on the 4" rack. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. InfraCook on HI for 12 to 14 minutes or until done to taste, turning halfway through cooking time. Serve with yogurt mint sauce.
