    Mustard Glazed Pork Tenderloin

    Recipe Introduction


    "The sweetness of pork combines deliciously with mustard. Use regular Dijon or one of the lovely flavored mustards such as tarragon."

    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard or any flavored mustard
    1-teaspoon vegetable oil
    1 pork tenderloin, about 1 pound
    Seasoned salt, to taste

    Recipe



    Sprinkle tenderloin on all sides with seasoned salt. In a small bowl mix mustard with vegetable oil and spread it all over the pork tenderloin. Place the meat on the 4" rack and InfraCook on HI for 18 to 24 minutes, or until meat is faintly rosy. Serve hot with the pan juices.
    Yield: 4 servings
