    Recipe Introduction


    "These are sweet, flavored with orange, and topped with crunchy pecans. A perfect breakfast treat. Cut the toasts in fingers and serve for tea or morning coffee. Be sure and try Cinnamon Toasty too- they are a great after school snack!"

    List of Ingredients




    6 slices firm white bread
    3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
    1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
    1 teaspoon grated orange rind
    2 tablespoons orange juice

    Recipe



    Spread one side of each bread slice with butter. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients until mixed. Spread about 1 tablespoon the sugar mixture on the buttered side of each bread slice. Place on the 4" rack and Infracook on HI for 5 to 8 minutes or until the sugar melts.
    Yield: 6 toasts
