    Oven Fried Chicken Drumsticks

    "Children especially love drumsticks, with their built-in handles. This dish is easy, quick, and delightfully crusty."

    List of Ingredients




    4 large or 8 small chicken drumsticks
    1/3-cup skim milk
    1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
    2 to 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

    Recipe



    Dip each chicken drumstick first in milk, then crumbs. Place chicken lags in one layer in a greased shallow pan. Drizzle each with butter. Place on the 1" rack and InfraCook on HI for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken legs over, and cook for another 15 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juice runs clear.
    Yield: 4 servings
