    "An easy way to please the whole family with very little effort. Add a salad and that's it."

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/3 cups water
    1 1/3 cups instant rice
    4 boneless loin chops, 1/2" thick
    Seasoned salt, to taste
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2-teaspoon oregano
    1 can (16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1/4-teaspoon pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Remove pan from heat. Stir in the rice, cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chops on all sides with seasoned salt. In a large skillet, brown the chops in the oil. Place the hot rice in an 8" square or 9" round ovenproof dish. Top with beans and tomatoes. Sprinkle with pepper. Mix the soup with 1/3 can of water. Spread over the vegetables. Top with the pork chops and push them into the mixture slightly. Place dish on the liner tray and InfraCook on HI for 20 minutes, or until pork is done and the rice is tender.
    Yield: 4 servings
