Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
5 patties frozen hash brown potatoes with peppers and onions, thawed
6 tablespoons melted margarine, divided
1/2-teaspoon salt
1/8-teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3-cup milk
1-cup sour cream
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1-cup cornflake crumbsRecipe
In a medium bowl crumble thawed hash brown patties with a fork. Stir in 4 tablespoons of the margarine, salt, pepper, onion, 1/2 can soup, milk, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Place in 10" pie plate. In a small bowl mix cornflake crumbs with the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted margarine. Pat the mixture on top of the potatoes. Place dish on the liner pan and InfraCook on HI for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes in the center are tender.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
