    "This would make a wonderful, easy Thanksgiving meal for a small family gathering. The turkey comes out moist and tender and beautifully flavored."

    List of Ingredients




    1 turkey breast, 4 to 5 pounds
    1-tablespoon fresh sage or 1 teaspoon dried
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
    3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
    3/4-teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons melted butter

    Recipe



    Rinse the turkey breast with cold water. Pat dry with paper towel. Insert your fingers under the skin and, pushing your fingers, gently separate the skin from the meat to create a pocket for the seasonings. In a small bowl, combine the sage, chives, thyme, parsley and salt. Rub the seasoning mixture into the meat, beneath the skin and inside the cavity. Place the turkey breast skin-side-up directly on the 1" rack. Stretch or bend the rib bones if necessary so that it sits level. Brush all over with melted butter. InfraCook on HI for 55 to 65 minutes or until an instant read meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part registers 160¡. Let the turkey rest, tented loosely with foil, for 10 minutes before carving to let the juices absorb back into the meat.
    Yield: 6 servings
