Rosemary Lamb Chops

List of Ingredients
1/4-cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1-teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed
4 lamb rib chops, 1" thick or more

In a small pan melt the butter. Add the lemon juice, garlic and rosemary. Place chops directly on the 4" rack. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Brush with rosemary butter. InfraCook on HI for 12 to 14 minutes total, or until done to taste. Turn them over halfway through cooking time and sprinkle again with seasoned salt and brush with rosemary butter. To serve, pour any remaining rosemary butter over the chops.
