List of Ingredients
4 Beef steaks, about 1" thick
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, as a garnishRecipe
Salt and pepper steaks on both sides. Place the steaks directly on the 4" rack and Infracook on HI for 12 minutes for rare, to 14 minutes for medium rare doneness,. Turn the steaks halfway through cooking time. Top each steak with undiluted mushroom soup and spread to coat. InfraCook on HI for another 2 minutes to heat the mushroom topping. Sprinkle with a flurry of fresh chopped parsley before serving.
