Teriyaki Style Flank Steak

List of Ingredients
1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
1/4-teaspoon garlic powder
1/3-cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons mango chutney, chopped
1 flank steak, about 2 poundsRecipe
In a small bowl, combine sliced onion, garlic powder, soy sauce, vinegar and chutney. Pour into a large self-sealing plastic bag. Mix well. Add the flank steak, seal the bag and turn once or twice until all surfaces of the steak are coated. Place in fridge for 20 minutes to marinate. Remove meat from marinade. Remove any onions that stick. Place meat directly on the 4" rack and InfraCook on HI for 8 minutes per side or until done to taste. Let the steak sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Slice thin, on an angle and against the grain.
