Top Crust Only Pies

"Who says a pie has to have both a bottom crust and a top crust? With this variation on traditional pie, you'll save time, calories, and eat splendidly."
List of Ingredients
1 can (20 ounces) apple, cherry or blueberry pie filling
1 package refrigerated piecrust
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, as a toppingRecipe
Put pie filling in an 8" pie plate. Top with piecrust and flute the edges as desired. Place on the 4" rack. InfraCook on HI for 20 minutes, or until the crust is browned. To serve, cut top crust with a knife and then scoop out crust and filling into individual plates or bowls. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
