Zesty Baked Tuna Burgers

List of Ingredients
1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
1/4-cup mayonnaise
4 hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
Butter, to taste
4 slices Swiss or Cheddar cheeseRecipe
In a medium bowl, flake the tuna with a fork. Stir in onion, pickle and mayonnaise. Butter the bottom half of each bun. Spread bun with an equal portion of the tuna mixture. Top each with cheese. Place directly on the 4" rack and InfraCook on HI for 2 to 3 minutes or until burger is well heated and the cheese have melted. Remove from oven. Put on the bun tops and serve warm.
