    List of Ingredients




    1-pound ground beef
    1 medium onion, minced
    1-teaspoon salt
    1/2-teaspoon black pepper
    1-tablespoon horseradish Soft butter, as needed
    10 slices firm white bread Prepared mustard, as needed

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and horseradish. Butter one side of each bread slice and place on baking sheet, butter side down. Spread the unbuttered side with mustard. Using fingers or a small spreader, pat about 1/4 cup of meat mixture on top of the mustard, spreading the mixture all the way to the edges. With a serrated bread knife, cut the crusts off the bread, angling the knife inward so no bare bread is left exposed (anything that sticks out can burn). Cut each slice into 4 squares. Place squares directly on the liner tray and InfraCook on HI for 5 to 6 minutes, or until or meat is lightly browned and a bit crusty. Transfer to a platter and serve hot.
    Yield: 40
