    Beer-Cheese Fondue

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
    2 cups shredded American cheese
    1 Tablespoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2/3 cup beer

    Recipe



    1.) In a mixing bowl, combine cheeses with cornstarch and dry mustard; toss to coat.
    2.) Add Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
    3.) In saucepan heat beer just until warm over medium heat.
    4.) Gradually add cheese mixture, stirring constantly over medium-low heat till the cheese has melted.
    5.) Transfer cheese to a fondue pot and keep warm over a fondue burner.

    Suggested Serving: French bread cubes or vegetables for dipping. (Serves 6)
