    Sweet: Butter Rum Fondue

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup butter
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 cup dark Jamaica rum
    8 small pancakes or Blini

    Recipe

    Melt the sugar and butter, stirring constantly in the fondue pot. Remove from the heat and beat in the egg yolks and rum. Stir over the lowest heat or a candle warmer until creamy. Prepare the pancakes, roll up, and cut into strips. Holding the strips with wooden skewers or fondue forks, dip in the rum, sugar, and butter sauce.
