    Crab & Cheese Fondue

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound block of Velveeta, cut in cubes
    16 ounces cream cheese, cut in cubes
    1/2 pound imitation crab meat, cut up
    1/2 bottle beer

    Recipe

    Slowly melt Velveeta and cream cheese. I use a mini crockpot because I can keep the dip in it for hours and it won't burn. Add the crab meat while the cheese is melting so you can determine how much because it will seem thick with just the cheese. Slowly add the beer until you get the right consistency. Good with french bread as dipper.
