9 oz bittersweet chocolate (good quality)
1/2 C whipping cream
2 T Amaretto (optional)
Recipe
Break chocolate into small pieces into fondue pot. Add whipping cream. Stir over very low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Serve with a variety of "dippers" such as angel food or pound cake, apples, strawberries, cherries, marshmallows.
