1 clove garlic
1 onion, grated
1-1/4 cups dry white wine
2 teaspoon curry powder
1-1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup spicy fruit relish
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper Recipe
Rub the bottom and sides of a fondue pot with the clove of garlic. Crush the garlic. In fondue pot, combine garlic, onion, wine, and curry powder; bring to simmering point. In a plastic bag, combine cheese and flour; toss until well blended. Gradually stir into the fondue pot; allow to melt completely between each addition, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Stir in relish, salt, and pepper. Serve with vegetables, fruits, bread cubes or tortilla chips. Makes 3 cups
