3 cups milk chocolate chips (18 oz)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
fresh fruit for dipping
cut up pound cake/angel food cake -- for dipping
Recipe
In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate with cream over low heat, stirring constantly. Dissolve coffee in water; add to chocolate mixture with vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well. Serve warm, using cake and fruit for dipping. Yields: 2 cups
