Smoked Turkey Fondue

1/4 C. chopped onion
1 T. margarine
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, cubed
1 2� oz. package smoked turkey, chopped
1/2 C. milk
1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. dried parsley

Saut� onion in margarine, add milk and cheese. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serve hot with toasted French bread slices.
