    Spinach & Artichoke Heart Cheese Fondue

    List of Ingredients




    * 4 ounce vegetable bouillon
    * 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
    * 2 oz chopped spinach
    * 2 oz chopped artichoke hearts
    * 8 oz shredded Swiss & Gruyere cheese
    * 1 tsp Parmesan cheese
    * 3 to 4 dashes of Tabasco

    Recipe



    In a fondue pot, add vegetable bouillon, chopped garlic, spinach and artichoke hearts. Heat to soft boil and mix. Add Swiss and Gruyere cheese a little at a time, until melted. Add just enough cheese until it reaches the consistency of warm honey. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add Tabasco. Blend well and serve with cubes of day old French bread and assorted fresh vegetables. Recipe serves one to two
