Judy's Southern Style Soup

List of Ingredients
1 pound beef, cut in 3/4" cubes
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, coarse chopped
2 sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 potatoes, cubed
1 small pack frozen sliced okra (optional)
1 16 ounce ca diced tomatoes (Hunts brand)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1 dash cumin
1 dash seasoned salt
water to cover all (at least 6 cups)
1 16 ounce can green beans, drain and rinse
8 ounces corn Niblets, drainedRecipe
Heat cooker, add oil and brown beef. Add everything but green beans and corn. Cook 15 minutes after pressure builds up. Let pressure drop of it's own accord. Add green beans and corn, adjust salt and pepper, and return to a boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
