Pork Chops in Pressure Cooker

4 pork chops -- (4 to 6)
pepper
onion powder
garlic powderRecipe
Pre season 4 to 6 chops with a dash of pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, etc. Heat the open pressure cooker and add a table spoon full of cooking oil. Brown all the pieces.(removing pieces to make room for unbrowned ones). Add remaining browned pieces on top of last pieces you've been browning. Add 1/3 to 1 cup of cold water, and immediately snap on lid. Keep on high heat until the regulator starts to jiggle. Lower the heat so the regulator is just barely jiggling. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes on low jiggle. Remove from heat.
