    3/4 cup ketchup
    3 tablespoons red wine
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    3 pounds short ribs
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/4 cups water

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine all ingredients except ribs, oil, onion, water and flour. Add ribs. Mix well and marinate overnight in the refrigerator or for at least 4 hours. Divide the ribs into two batches. Reserve marinade. Heat oil in cooker for about 2 minutes. Brown each batch on all sides and remove. To the remaining oil in the cooker, add onion. Stir fry onion till it is transparent. Add ribs, marinade and a cup of water. Stir.

    Close cooker. Bring to pressure on high heat. Reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes. Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally. Open cooker. Place short ribs on serving dish. Keep hot. Drain off fat from cooking liquid. In a separate bowl, gradually add remaining ingredients (1/4 cup) to flour, blending until smooth. Using a wire whisk, gradually add this mixture to liquid in cooker. Place cooker on medium heat. Cook until sauce thickens (approx. 3 minutes), stirring constantly. Pour sauce over meat. Serve hot.
