Scampi-Style Shrimp

List of Ingredients
3/4 pound Medium raw shrimp shelled - and deveined
6 tablespoons Low cholesterol margarine
1 tablespoon Green onion minced
5 cloves Garlic minced
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Parsley minced
1/4 teaspoon Lemon peel grated
Tabasco sauce Recipe
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Heat cooker, melt margarine. Saute onion and garlic. Stir in lemon juice and salt. Cook until bubbly. Pour into metal bowl which will fit loosely in cooker. Stir in shrimp. Cover bowl firmly with aluminum foil. Place water, cooking rack and bowl in cooker. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 3 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cooker at once under running water faucet until pressure is completely reduced. Pressure is completely reduced when the air vent/cover lock has dropped. Stir in parsley, lemon peel and Tabasco sauce. 2 servings
