1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
sage (for poultry

rosemary (for poultry, pork and beef)
dill (for fish and poultry)
oregano (for poultry and lamb)
basil (for any meat)
thyme (for poultry and fish)
mint (for lamb)
Recipe
Combine all seasonings and herbs. Adjust the seasonings to your own taste. You can even add red pepper flakes or sub in hot Paprika if you want a spicier rub. Rub into your meat and let sit for at least 1 half hour to overnight. Grill or smoke your meat as usual. Serving Suggestions: This rub is very versatile and adds no fat. Can mix up a batch when buying meat and then rub it in before freezing it. When you want to Bar-B-Q just take out the meat, defrost it and throw it on the grill.
