List of Ingredients
1 tbl vegetable oil
1/2 med onion chopped
1/2 celery rib chopped
1 garlic clove minced
3/4 tbl chili powder
3/4 tbl brown sugar
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 bay leaf broken in half
3/8 cup beef broth
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/8 cup cider vinegar
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
Recipe
Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Brush on meats in the last 20 minutes of grilling. This recipe yields about 1 1/4 cups.
