    Cactus Club Mustard Rub

    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup dry mustard
    1/3 cup sweet paprika
    1/4 cup coarse salt (kosher or sea)
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper

    Recipe



    Place all in small bowl and stir. Store rub in airtight jar away frojmj heat or light; keeps for at least 6 mos. Makes 1 cup. Note: use 1-2 tbl. of it per pound of meat, for ribs, steaks, chops and burgers.
