Dry Rub for BBQ

1 Cup white sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup paprika
2 Tsp. chili powder
1/2 Tsp. cayenne pepper (or more, if you prefer)
1/2 Cp salt
2 Tsp. black pepper
1 Tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Recipe
It started out for BBQ - ribs, beef, pork, or chicken - but see what it does for steak, hamburgers and grilled fish. Combine all ingredients. Rub on meat/fish at least 10 minutes for small cuts. Large cuts such as beef brisket, pork roasts, ribs will benefit from being rubbed at least 2 hours before cooking. Store in jar - keeps for months.
