    East Tennessee Mustard Based BBQ Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    3 T Peanut oil
    1 ea Minced onion (strong)
    1/3 c Apple cider vinegar
    2 T Honey (sourwood is best)
    1 tbs brown sugar
    2 t Dry mustard
    A pinch of salt

    2 ea Minced garlic cloves
    1/2 c Katchup
    2 T Fresh lemon juice
    1 t Ground ginger

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients and set aside. Grill ribs plain (do not add anything). During last 4-5 minutes baste with sauce. Boil the remaining sauce and spoon 2 T's onto each plate, adding 2 ribs.
