    Peach BBQ Sauce for Pork

    List of Ingredients




    1 Can peaches (19 oz) undrained
    1/4 cup Packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup Vinegar
    1/4 cup Catsup or tomato sauce
    2 tb Soy sauce
    2 Garlic cloves minced
    1 t Mustard powder
    2 ts Fresh ginger root minced
    1 Jalapeno chopped*
    1 t Hot pepper sauce *
    * Adjust heat level to suit.

    Recipe



    Put all the ingredients in a blender and run on high speed until smooth. Spoon sauce over meat, basting every 15 minutes with the drippings in pan. If used for outdoor grilling, baste after meat is about half cooked. Continue basting until meat is done.
