Steak: Applebee's Bourbon Street Steak Clone

4 rib eye steaks (8 oz each, not fatty)
brown sugar
bourbon
2 cloves garlic
black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
CAJUN SPICE MIX:
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon rosemary
Recipe
First get out all your aggressions on the meat.Then pack the steaks with brown sugar about 1/4 inch thick on both sides. place in a deep dish. Chop your garlic and sprinkle evenly on top of the steaks. Add salt & pepper. Fill the dish up with bourbon. Let the steaks marinate for at least 3-4 hours, it is even better if you let them sit over night in the refrigerator. DON'T FORGET to taste the bourbon between each step... When you get ready to cook them I recommend that you bar-b-q them with some hickory chips added to your charcoal, or broil them in the oven.
