Chicken: Barbecued Garlic Chicken

1 small Chicken
4 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1/2 cup Olive oil

Cut the chicken in half or quarters. Mix remaining ingredients together. Reserve 1/4 cup of this sauce and rub remainder into the chicken. Let marinate 2 to 4 hours. Grill the chicken, basting frequently with reserved marinade. (11 minutes on each side is good for a 3-3 1/2 lb chicken, grilled or broiled) Serve with Garlic Sauce. Serves 2.
