    "A popular technique with pork, this works with beef as well! "

    List of Ingredients




    1 standing rib roast
    2 T. black peppercorns
    2 T. mustard seed
    1/2 C. whole grain mustard
    2 T. Worcestershire sauce
    2 T. fresh rosemary

    Recipe



    Crush the pepper and mustard seeds. Mix all together into a paste and apply to roast. Let sit overnight.
