    Steak: Bourbon Ribeyes

    List of Ingredients

    4 rib eye steaks
    1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup prepared mustard
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe

    Marinate the 4 steaks in the above mixture for 4-6 hours. Grill to desired doneness. NOTES : Taste the bourbon to make sure it is good, then fire up the grill! Excellent when grilled over mesquite.
