Fish/Seafood: Catfish with Tangy Orange Sauce

2 pounds catfish fillets
SAUCE:
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic -- minced
Recipe
To make sauce, combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Brush catfish with sauce. Place catfish on lightly oiled grill 4 inches above hot coals. Cook for 5 minutes longer or until catfish flakes when tested with a fork. Makes 8 servings.
