1 to 2 pounds of salmon fillets
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar Recipe
Combine the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag and place the salmon in to marinate 1-2 hours. Meanwhile brush grill with oil and heat. When ready, place fish skin side down on the grill and cook for 6 minutes with lid closed. Sometimes, put a little cilantro or chili paste if making for more adult tastes.
