Fish/Seafood: Grilled Blacktip Shark & Szechuan Vinaigrette

List of Ingredients
2 teaspoons hot chili paste with garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons salad oil
1/3 cup julienne carrots
1/3 cup julienne celery
1/3 cup julienne green onions
2 teaspoons minced cilantro
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 6 oz blacktip shark steaks 1" each
Recipe
Combine and blend all but shark. Lightly coat the shark with oil or nonstick spray. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, basting with vinaigrette. Top with remaining sauce and serve. Serves 2.
