Pork: Grilled Ham Slices

List of Ingredients
2 pounds ham steak -- 3/4 inch thick
1 cup rice -- uncooked
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 teaspoons water
1 tablespoon lemon juice -- or vinegar
Recipe
Freeze ham slices in 1-gallon bag. To prepare for serving, thaw ham slices. Prepare rice according to package directions. Mix remaining ingredients for glaze, and spread over ham slices. Grill, broil or barbecue ham slices 2 or 3 minutes per side, basting with sauce once per side. Serves 4.
