Chicken: Heartland Herb Chicken

1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves -or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves
1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast halves
Recipe
Prepare charcoal or gas grill or preheat broiler. In small bowl, combine lemon juice, mustard, green onions, oil, garlic and tarragon; mix well. Reserve 1/4 cup. In shallow dish or plastic bag, pour remaining marinade over chicken. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade. Over medium-hot coals, grill or broil until tender, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Makes 4 servings.
