Ribs: Honey & Apple Barbecued Ribs

List of Ingredients
3 1/2 lb Pork back ribs cut into 2 to 3 rib portions
Water to cover
1/4 c Watkins Meat Magic
1/4 c Watkins Honey BBQ Concentrat e
1/4 c Apple cider vinegar

2/3 c Apple jelly
1/2 c Watkins Honey BBQ Concentrate
1/2 c Ketchup
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Sweet pickle relish
1 tb Watkins Parisienne Mustard
1 t Watkins Cinnamon Recipe
In a large saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 45-60 minutes or until ribs are tender. Meanwhile, prepare sauce by combining all of the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool until ribs are done. When ribs are tender, drain; cool slightly. Place ribs in large baking dish or bowl. Pour sauce over ribs. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
Before serving, remove ribs from sauce. Reserve sauce Grill or broil for 15 to 20 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce (watch closely to prevent burning). Makes 6 servings.
