    Steak: Robbie's Bourbon Steak

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds steak
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 cup bourbon
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons water
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients together and place in Ziplock bag to marinate 4 hours or over night. Grill steak to desired doneness. NOTES : This recipe is good with any cut of steak you'd like.
