2 tablespoons lawry's seasoned salt
5 pounds beef or pork ribs
1 cup worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Recipe
Sprinkle Seasoned Salt over ribs. In large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine Worcestershire, vinegar, oil and garlic; mix well. Remove at least 1/2 cup marinade for basting. Add ribs; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Remove ribs; discard used marinade. Grill over low heat or bake ribs in 350¼F oven 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until no longer pink, turning and basting often with additional 1/2 cup marinade. For extra flavor, marinade overnight.
