    Ribs: Stout-Marinated Ribs w/ Honey Glaze

    List of Ingredients

    4 pounds Beef short ribs

    -----THE MARINADE-----
    3 cups Guinness stout
    1 large Onion sliced
    1/2 cup Soy sauce
    1/2 cup Brown sugar firmly packed
    1/4 cup Sesame oil
    3 tablespoons Garlic minced
    1 cup Honey
    1/4 cup Soy sauce
    2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
    1 tablespoon Garlic minced
    1 1/2 teaspoons Ground pepper

    Recipe

    FOR RIBS: Whisk first 6 ingredients in a large bowl to blend. Place ribs in glass baking dish. Pour marinade over. Cover and refrigerate overnight. FOR THE GLAZE: Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Prepare barbecue (medium heat). Remove ribs from marinade and place on grill. Grill until cooked through, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes. Brush with glaze and cook 1 minute per side. Serve with remaining glaze.
