1 recipe tandoori marinade with yogurt
1 1/2 pounds boneless lamb, cut 1" cubes

Prepare Tandoori Marinade with Yogurt. Marinate 1 1/2 pounds boneless lamb, cut into 1" cubes, in mixture for several hours or overnight in the fridge. Remove the meat from the fridge at least a half hour before grilling. Skewer the cubes of lamb and grill over a medium fire to the desired degree of doneness, about 8 minutes for medium rare. Serve with rice and a fresh vegetable relish, such as cucumbers and tomatoes with fresh mint. Serves 4.
