    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup liquid butter buds (or 1/2 c chicken broth
    2 cups canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    2 tablespoons chile powder
    2 tablespoons ground cumin
    1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
    1/2 cup salsa

    Recipe



    Heat liquid butter buds in 10" skillet over medium heat till hot. Add chopped onion and cook til soft. Add beans; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Mash beans; stir in seasoning. Add more liquid butter buds if needed. Cook and stir til smooth paste forms, about 5 minutes. Garnish with grated nonfat cheddar melted on top.
