Three Bean Casserole

8 strips bacon
2 large onions, cut into rings
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 can new england baked beans, undrained
1 can green lima beans, undrainedRecipe
Fry bacon til crisp; crumble and set aside. Place garlic powder, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar and onion rings in large skillet. Cover and cook 20 minutes over medium heat. Combine beans in 3 quart casserole. Stir in bacons and onion mixture, blending ingredients. Bake, covered, at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Serves 10.
